Outside sales associate

CLASSIFICATION: 
Flexible hours and is 100% Commission. Additional payment with Sales Contests included but not limited to quarterly sales incentives and monthly sales spiffs. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Serves customers by selling products wholesale and meeting customer needs. As a Sales Client Associate, your primary duties will be to prospect for new wholesale business while upgrading existing clients. You will also be responsible for creating annual contracts, presentations and running product demonstrations. Sell products and services specifically pertaining to the marijuana industry. Our products and services include: consumables, concentrates and other paraphernalia that can be wholesale or retail. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential MMJ Centers and MMJ Stores. 
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of center or dispensary. 
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. 
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. 
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual district analyses using our CRM online. 
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 
• Assigned district by zip code. 
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. 

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: 
Familiarity with sales process and practices. 
Previous experience working in the marijuana industry preferred. 
Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times. 
Energetic, aggressive, results-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic. 
Proficient with Microsoft Office. 
Familiar with HubSpot or another CRM a plus. 

REQUIREMENTS:

You have no felony convictions. 
You have a Department of Revenue marijuana employee badge (Colorado). 
You are willing to participate in an extensive background check.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: 
• 2 Year Sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment preferred 
• 2 year Associates degree (in any field) must be with an accredited institution or equivalent experience 
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience a plus

Culinary Assistant

A Culinary Assistant is responsible for daily preparation of wholesale marijuana food items, cooking food products, product development, packaging, waste disposal and sanitation of the kitchen. 

CLASSIFICATION:
Non-exempt, full or part-time position in the Kitchen, starting salary range is usually $11-$15 per hour based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Weighs and mixes ingredients according to recipes for various infused products. Basic math skills required. 
• Record production and test data on the computer for inventory. Also update procedures such as processing steps, temperature, cooking time, batches processed and test results. 
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift. Prepares a supply list of items needed for purchasing weekly. 
• Packaging completed products for shipment to dispensaries. 
• Ensure all client orders and filled and shipped on time. 
• Clean, wash and sterilize equipment and cooking area, using water hoses, cleaning or sterilizing solutions, or rinses according to sink sign instructions. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization weekly of kitchen floors, coolers and all storage areas. 
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance. 
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to industry and company specifications. 
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials. 

REQUIRED SKILLS 
Use calculator and basic math skills. 
Ability to understand weights and measurements. 
Basic computer skills 
Able to work well with others in a cooperative manner and good communication skills.

Culinary school classes preferred or three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Conducting tests and inspections of products, services or processes to evaluate quality or performance. 
Flexibility with scheduling.

May sit, stand, stoop, squat, bend, push, pull, lift and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand up to 7 hours per day. Constant fingering and some repetitive motion activities. Machine & Packing Technician / Culinary Assistant

CLASSIFICATION:
Non-exempt, full or part-time position in the wholesale Kitchen, starting salary range is usually $12-$16 per hour and based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Process products through the automation equipment in accordance with orders. Keep automation equipment operating at optimal levels by providing product and inventory in a timely manner. 
• Weighs and mixes ingredients for the manufacture of various products. 
• Independently sets-up, operates and maintains manufacturing equipment to ensure proper products are manufactured, recording batch records and usage logs to ensure accountability. 
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. 
• Calibrate or adjust equipment to ensure quality production. 
• Maintain, adjust, and clean equipment, and perform minor repairs. 
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance. 
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to industry and company specifications. 
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials. 
• Adjust machine components according to size or spec of product. 
• Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items. 
• Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.

Inventory Control Coordinator

CLASSIFICATION:
Non-exempt, full or part-time position in the Kitchen, starting salary range is usually $12-$16 per hour and based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Record products, cannabis batches, test results and any other inventory related requests
• Ensure each product process has a proper METRC tag.
• Receive, verify amounts and log into inventory and METRC tage any cannabis or distillate oil for the Kitchen.
• Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory
• Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies 
• Participates in inventory process and/or audits
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance. 
• Maintains status of orders through entire process in METRC.
• Work in a team environment and the ability to take direction, work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Everything entered into the METRC system daily.   
• Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events or envirnoment to detect or assess problems.
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by Supervisor at any time.
